The store's important outside numbers — The UPS Store technical support, the Preferred program, your local office, the UPS hub, vendors such as the box supplier and copier service, your phone & internet provider, 911 and the local police non-emergency line. Your team sees the ones you mark Visible under Store & Team → Important contacts; notes stay owner-only. Employees are not added here — Management and Associates appear on Store & Team automatically from the employee records.
